This is an early translation by the Rev. Mtr. Maia Nartoomid relating to the FLASHING UNIVERSE dynamic. Our light groups in Hawaii in 1973 CE were first introduced to this phenomenon in advanced light work. Some time later we found that Maia Nartoomid (then Christine Hayes) had also been briefed on the dynamic as described below. The information is from a Lemurian scientific source via the Akashic Record.

Akashic translation from Lemurian science.

1. All being is homogeneous, each unit forming a contingency of a single viable intelligence.

2. The unity of being is maintained through the synergy of three matrix planes or states of existence: the Ascending Universe, the Descending Universe and the Neutra-Universe.

3. The Ultra-Universe, which is the nomenclature of the combined three universes, is archetypal in its cosmic symmetry. It is sustained through stages of interpenetration.

4. All being is in constant ascension or desension of the archetypal scale in degrees which assume Hierarchical sequence.

5. Units of being evolve through two types of existence, the thought construct and the matter construct. This evolution is simultaneously active for a single unit with either the one or the other type dominant in sentient, cognizant value.

6. Each of the two types of existence are divided into two reactional forms: energy mutable and energy immutable. Evidence of this division in matter is defined by earth scientists as "matter and antimatter."

7. Universal unity is synonymous with cosmic parity. There is an equal but opposite attraction in all manner of being. However this is only evidenced in the total scheme of the Ultra-Universe. Within a limited number of units or patterns of being, parity is not always the final value .

8. Time interacts with motion to form the principle of "molution": the evolution of motion, or in different semantics, the advancement of pattern sequence.

9. There is no true evolution, for when the direction of advancement is altered or reversed its new line of motion becomes its present progression or advancement.

10. Cessation is only present in relative view. Thought engages time as a vehicle with which to perceive an infinite number of realities. When a focal point for thought, such as a neutron, is advancing on two or more planes of molution, to an observer limited on a single reality plane it will appear to kinetically freeze.

11. Time is a flexible joint in the universal body. When intercepted by thought it forms multilayers of existence constructs, delegating past, present and future to the sentient participant. Depending upon the limitations of the thinking source, or the degree of advancement in which said source is experiencing, greater or lesser realities are encompassed by that unit of active thought.

12. The Solic or central-source Mind of the Ultra-Universe is the still center or inertia to which all motion is responsive. It is the knowing, separate from time or motion which attracts into existence, as state of being that which is imbued with time and motion in various stages of reaction to the quiescent source. In order to fully comprehend the Solic Mind the definitive "nothing" must be understood in universal terms. "Nothing" is that which is without need. The Solic Mind is all intelligence from which Being evolves and is without condition or cause.

As this Greater Intelligence is interpolated into conscious frames of motion it assumes units of receipt: the Demi-Minds which are the governors of thought am division of thought into lesser and lesser units.

13. The Sollc Mind is complete. It radiates ultimate balance. Therefore its issue, which is all Being, moves toward the perfect harmony. It is the true nature of all Being to become in perfect resonance with the one harmony of the Solic Mind.
